Well its seems I am in a serious chess match with my company. So now I'm in deep thought about my career. Its a situation where they are saying they want to provide me with tuition reimbusement, but at the same time they are saying no to me about it, and they want me to make them give me the tuition reimbursement. So I'm at the drawing board thinking about my next three counter moves. I was hoping to have this all resolved before 2008 rolled around, but they may be trying to delay that.

But ya know, I think people and companies tell others "no" just to see how they will react. Will the fold tent and go home, or will they get up and fight back. Nobody really wants a quitter on their team, everybody wants someone who will keep pushing the issue. I know I have told a few people no in my day just for the heck of it to see what their reaction will be. So I guess the tables have been turned on me...and when that happens, I just become a mad scientist until I get my way.
