Lately I've been going hard in the gym and with my healthy eating. I am focusing on cardio these days because of some charity events I have coming up, and I'm hard on the eating becasuse I'm all for healthy eating, lol. But I have noticed some things since I have been in the gym To be fit, you have to want it. I have noticed from all over, there are folks who say they want it, but when it comes down to it, you'll see them exercising once a week, or they will find every excuse in the world to eat snackie cakes. Sad part is, they don't even realize what they are doing to their bodies. And I'm not even talking about being a vegetarian. That's a whole different level. We are talking about eating right and staying fit.
There is no excuse or reason in this world why anyone cannot exercise 3-4 times per week for 45 minutes each session. I know nobody is that busy. Its impossible. Unless they are working two jobs and have at leaset three kids. Even if thats the case, they can go walk around a park after school and work with their kids. Getcha mind right, lol. Work it out :-) You will be grateful in the end.
Eating. Why do people prefer Ding Dongs over strawberries, or pizza over vegetables? I'm gonna end htis part right here, lol. I will get upset. I'll just have this one sentence. Feed your kids (if you have any) healthy food; and don't force them to eat that bad stuff.
