Sugar and Salt

"He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ."
Ephesians 4:10-13

I wasn't going to post anything until this coming weekend, but I have something I think is interesting to say....

Did ya grandma ever give you some "suga". One thing I have come to realize is how special I felt when my grandma gave me some "suga" on my cheeck and hugged me. I felt loved and accepted. She was like the nicest and sweetest person in the world. I can say that same thing for my mother. These types of people who tell you want you want to hear, and all that other good stuff is the sugar in your life. Its something we need.

Then there was the salt, lol. This person didn't smile much, never said anything I wanted to hear and often what we intrepret to as mean initially. We don't understand much of what they are talking about, or the direction they are trying to drive us to until ya get older. Then when you look back at what that person was talking about, you say to yourself, "Oh I get it now." They were telling you anything to be mean to you or put you down, they were telling you these things because they loved you and wanted the best for you.

What I am driving at right now is, there will always be people in our lives to say things we want to hear and people who say things we do not want to hear. Neither wants to see you fail or sad, they want to see you happy and succeed in life. I want to see everyone happy and succeed in life. And if you don't see that, then you haven't read any of my blog entries. Step out of your box and listen to what I am saying. I sat in every religion, watched every politican talk, read the background of everything, and I have a fundamental understanding of what is really going on. Can you say the same and be unbiased about it?

Look at the sugar in your life, do you have too much of it? If so, you are setting yourself up for heartbreak and failure. BALANCE is the key.

Last comment til the weekend, then I will temporarily move on to something else because I see that yall are sensitive about Barack and religion, lol. Speaking of religion, I spoke of no one religion in my last blog entry, don't let your conscious get the best of ya.
