Today is the 2nd anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. Sad story. I remember sitting around at work watching all those people suffer. Politics have slowed the rebuilding effort. So again, I say, go vote!!!

Driving home listening to the radio again, I heard some pretty good quotes that I wanted to share with the world who didn't hear them. Its basically all about the company you keep and your thoughts...

My thought...you are the company you keep. Look at your friends and be honest about what you see. Stop hoping or digging for something that is not there. Everything is usually given at face value in the beginning. It's up to you to not play yourself and look at it.

My thought...If you think it, that is what you are. Keep the negativity away, its not healthy. Believe that you can do all things because you are apart of the sum of all things.
